Hamilton May’s CEO, Robert Watkins, has successfully brokered the sale of 80 apartments located in Krakow’s Krowodrza district. The apartments were acquired by Aurec Capital’s LivUp and will be destined for commercialization in the PRS sector.

The transaction represents LivUps first acquisition in Krakow as they expand operations from Warsaw and is the latest in a series of PRS acquisitions handled by Hamilton May’s team in the past 12 months.

We look forward to future co-operation with Aurec and LivUp to help them further build their operations in Krakow.
