The KróLEWska office development has 12 floors, including a 3-level underground parking, as well as a commercial level located on the ground floor. The remaining eight floors are occupied by offices.

The building was designed with the greatest possible energy efficiency in mind, which stands in line with the LEED standards. With the latest technical solutions applied, the KróLEWska building will receive the LEED GOLD certificate.

The building’s facade comprises large floor-to-ceiling windows on each floor. The floors 1 to 6 come with terraces. The largest, common terrace is situated on the development’s 6th floor.

The office spaces meet all requirements of the modern AA Class development. The office floors 1 to 5 offer approx. 800 m2 of space each, while the remaining 3 floors come with approx. 400 m2 of floor space each. Every floor also has access to a staircase and 2 lifts, and comes with a lobby, flexible office areas (which can be used as workspaces, conference rooms, kitchen area, and a comfortable place to relax), as well as sanitary facilities.

The first 6 floors offer access to representative terraces. Each floor assumes one tenant, however, due to their size, the area on floors 1 to 5, could possibly be divided into 2 or 3 smaller offices.
